As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges requested unilaterally by the customer. (Returns requested due to discrepancies between the product photo and the actual style or color will not be accepted.) However, if the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we will accept the request. For damages or stains on used items, our company will make a unilateral decision. If there was no prior consultation, any return or refund requests after purchase due to damages or stains differing from descriptions or expectations will not be accepted. Please understand this explanation before making a purchase. If there is shipping damage or receipt of a defective product, please contact us within three days of receipt and return the product within three business days after contact. We cannot accept cancellation requests for any reason after placing an order. Unilateral returns by the customer will be refused.
